The campus of World Missionary Press will never be the same. This past year God showed Himself strong on our behalf by providing the means to increase production, in spite of the challenges faced. With joyful praise, our new warehouse was dedicated to the Lord. It is already full of His Word, ready to leave for far-flung mission fields. The production space is being reorganized to provide for a safer, more efficient, and more productive work flow. We’re praising the Lord for the recent arrival of a new-to-us third booklet bindery. The three booklet binderies and our New Testament bindery will enable us to produce at a rate equivalent to 10 million booklets per month and beyond.
Requests for Scripture booklets are increasing in volume and urgency. To meet this need, we are planning for gradual sustained growth, looking to produce at a rate of 10 million booklets per month until June 2023, increasing to 11 million through September 2023, and 12 million a month beginning in October 2023. This is an ambitious goal of a 20% increase in production. Any increase requires more paper, ink, packaging supplies, and shipping expenses, all subject to inflation. The right workers at each position are key. The proverbial “mountain” looms large. But our God is able to supply our every need as we follow where He leads. He watches over His work!
Africa
Current in-house orders for 27 different African nations total 46.9 million booklets. Ministry partners are reaching out to unengaged people groups and isolated regions—places where the love of God and His salvation have never been known.
After receiving a container with 1.3 million Scripture booklets and Bible studies, Samuel B. in Ethiopia wrote, “WMP’s contribution is enabling us to accomplish the Every Home for Christ Oikos campaign, as well as helping us make progress towards reaching thousands of homes.”
The Way to God brought Claudette U. of Rwanda to a saving knowledge of Christ. “Before accepting Jesus Christ into my heart, I was in debauchery, delinquency and taking drugs…. I decided to have Jesus Christ as a faithful friend and allowed Him to guide my life.”
Asia
There is a tremendous need for Scripture in Asia. We look to follow as the Lord opens doors to make the Scripture booklets available to those willing to go where the Gospel has not gone. Requests for 17.8 million booklets are currently slated for five nations. In addition, major distributors in one South Asian country are projecting an increased need of 16.8 million more booklets. Frans K. is praising the Lord for supplying 400,000 copies of God Loves You!, which have already been shipped to many parts of Indonesia.
“We praise the Lord because your booklets have been used for Sunday service, not by a pastor, but in home churches as the churches have been closed during the pandemic. They have been in demand in rural areas, as online worship does not exist in these areas. With the combined verses the booklets are suitable for making a sermon from every page. Europe
God is opening doors in Europe! New contacts in Scandinavia are positioning themselves to distribute thousands of Scripture booklets in more than 20 languages! Boxes of booklets are heading into the Balkan nations and into Ukraine through Romania, and believers in Russia are looking to WMP for millions of booklets to reach their cities and villages.
WMP Scripture booklets are a big part of efforts to reach Muslims in Bulgaria. “This week I received 30 boxes of booklets. Two sisters in Christ and I made a journey to regions in Bulgaria where the population is mostly Muslim. Though it is a hard area to work, the mighty hand of our Lord was with us and opened the hearts of the people toward the Gospel and receiving the booklets. I hope this seed will grow in their hearts and bring much fruit to Jesus Christ.” —Dicho T., Bulgaria
Individuals are making a difference in their cities and families. As one wrote, “These booklets are concise, easy to read, and have the potential to convince or remind readers of God’s love and faithfulness.” Marie G. is burdened for the souls she sees around her home near Paris, France. She was overjoyed upon discovering she could order WMP booklets in French. Conrad reaches to extended family in the Ukraine and Barry F. shares the gospel in Oslo, Norway.
North America
From the streets of Minneapolis to the river’s edge in El Paso to the subways of New York City, the Word of God is being given by caring hearts and received by needy, aching hearts. Churches across the USA are claiming their cities for Christ and putting feet to their prayers.
Jim M. uses the booklets in his prison ministry. “I meet once a week with females that are incarcerated. Our jail is a holding facility for other counties that are overcrowded or lack female accommodations…. I share the gospel teachings of Jesus and give each one your booklets. They are spiritually hungry and ask for extra booklets to share with other inmates. About 400 inmates have received these booklets, plus those taken to other inmates.”
Latin America
In Central and South America, eleven countries will benefit from 34.3 million Spanish booklets slated to be produced and shipped soon. New doors are opening and current ministry partners are looking up and beyond their borders.

Four major WMP distributors in Brazil—a country of 212.6 million people—are scheduled to receive a total of 10.6 million mostly Portuguese booklets. A plan is underway to supply pastors in the northeast area of the country ministering in places where idolatry and witchcraft are still prevalent.
“I was on the train in São Paulo and a girl was evangelizing,” Edmilson wrote. “She asked permission and handed me the booklet The Way to God. I took it, read it, liked it and kept it.”
