Maintenance Worker / Handyman
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain the building, grounds, and equipment
• Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds occasionally
• Troubleshoot and handle necessary repairs and maintenance of facilities and equipment, including electrical and mechanical problems
• Read and follow manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions
• Use equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools
• Collaborate with maintenance workers, maintenance managers, and contractors
Education & Experience Requirements
• At least two years of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred. The more experience the better.
• Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
