As the interim president of World Missionary Press (WMP), I am excited to be working with our dedicated and capable staff to continue our mission of spreading hope through God’s Word around the world.

After an unexpected transition in leadership, I was honored to be asked by the board to step into this role. I am amazed at God’s wisdom and how seamlessly the transition is taking place. God was not surprised, and He had a plan. We continue to maintain our normal production and shipping schedule at 11 million booklets a month. Wow. And yet the need is constantly growing.

For 36 years I served as lead pastor of Harvest Community Church (formerly Zion Chapel) in Goshen, Indiana. I knew Jay and Vicky Benson, past president of WMP, as they sometimes visited our church. Harold and Marie Mack, more recently president of WMP, are members of our church and our friends.

After resigning from my lead pastor role, Harold asked me to join the WMP board of directors. As an eight-year member, I am the vice-chairman and lead the search committee.

My interim role includes leading the search for a new president. Please join us in prayer as we confidently trust God to provide the person of His choice.
