Africans See the Almighty God

"I have used the Scripture Memory Book, Vol. 1 to teach about 48 people, and the people became very interested in reading it. Because of this book, about six people who don’t know the Almighty God have now seen Him and now believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior. Now we have completed the work in the Scripture Memory Book, Vol. 1 so I’m appealing you to send us . . . volume 2 so [we can] continue to learn the Word of God and become true Christians." Ethiopian Has "Unfathomable Happiness"

"I have received three boxes of booklets . . . I am very grateful to you in Jesus’ name for my private distribution and heavenly Father kingdom extension.

"I use to distribute [booklets] along the road, on bus bars, in department [stores], and wherever I go, and through an individual distributors’ cooperation. How happy I am to get this wonderful material! I have a great passion to tell the people who are not saved about Jesus. He is the only Savior of the world through His blood. I tell you the truth. I cannot tell you my happiness. No one can measure its length or width and depth. It is unfathomable." M.B., Ethiopia

Booklets Help Evangelism in Latvia

"Since 1993 I have been making short-term mission trips to the Republic of Latvia. I helped train the chaplains who were the first to enter the prisons since communist control of the country. I am going with a small team in July. The work is expanding; I will be ministering in prisons, churches, missions, and a Christian summer camp for youth.

"God has given me wonderful favor in this country. The head of the Latvian Prison Administration and the head of the chaplaincy program have invited me back each year.

"Each year I am able to take Christian material into the country because of World Missionary Press. We have no budget for material; we all work hard to raise our own support. We can take Christian literature into Latvia only because of the wonderful ministry of WMP. At one time I thought so highly of your ministry, I wanted to become part of it, but God directed me down another path. That is how highly I regard WMP.

"As I prepare to return to Latvia in July, can you again send me Christian material in Latvian and Russian? Also, since we are going to be working with children, can you send me 10 copies of both Scripture Memory Book and My Bible Reading Book? I hope to hear from you soon. And, thanks for helping out again. We will never know until we get to heaven the spiritual impact of these trips and how much better they were since we left many copies of your Christian literature." Youth Worker Wants Booklets

"I have been helped so much by the Scripture Memory Book which was given to me by my husband. I have found it so useful for our daily living. Therefore, I’m asking if you can send me many of these so that I can use them in the groups I’m heading at our church.

"I am 28 years old and . . . I gave my life to Jesus in 1992. All alone I used to go to church but little did I know that there was more than just going to church on Sundays. Now I’m happy that I came to know Jesus and accepted Him as my Lord. I love Him more than anything, for He has done so many things for me. I give Him all the glory.

"In this year 2000, I’m leading the youth and children’s department, with mostly teenagers. Some of them are just new in the Lord. They come from . . . about 22 congregations. This is why I’m asking for the Scripture Memory Books so that they can

be helped spiritually. In this department we have about 100 teenagers . . .

"I’m the officer in charge of the boys’ brigade of our church. This is our congregation only. I deal mostly with the junior section boys aged 5 to 11 years old . . . We want to do our best to help these boys know God at their age. The company section boys, aged 12-21, are led by male officers at our church. For these I am asking for the Bible study books of the . . . gospels and other books like Revelation . . . " P.P., Zambia
