Found Christ in Prison

"I am a sinner, and I am now in San Quentin State Prison because of my sins. But it was here that I found Jesus Christ with the help of your Scripture-text Datebook. I know Jesus loves me for who I am and what He wants me to be. So I am a new believer. Can you please send me some booklets to aid me in my walk with the Lord?

"I don't know if you have Bibles for inmates or Bible studies; but being a new Christian, I hunger for His Word.

"Please don't forget about me in this prison."

Growing Church Started by Zealous Young Man

"Our church was able to grow from a handful of young people to one of the fastest-growing churches in our area. As a matter of fact, the booklets you are providing are the only tool I've used since I began our ministry here in Punta Sta Ana Manila. I was only 19 years old then. Now I'm 40 but still serving. We have a campus ministry in our area and jail ministry in different police stations in our city. Your booklet is one of the effective tools in the evangelism program of our church. The booklets you will be sending mean more souls will be reached for Christ."

Face-Painting Evangelism

"Hi, Team! Our fellowship did a Christmas-in-the-Park outreach with face-painting, flip charts, and one-on-one evangelism. The main booklets we used that night were The Way to God, Help From Above, and How to Know God, which are popular with New Zealand kids. We do a lot of outreaches in season and out of season, and the booklets you provide are one of many blessings to our fellowship. Please pray for the many thousands of tracts and booklets that went out that night and that the Spirit of God would save some."

Ministries Face Terrorism

"We are working here in the southern part of the Philippines, and one of our ministries is to have open workshops in the cities to reach out to as many people as possible. We work in Muslim areas and face many terrorist attacks - bombings, kidnapping, and holdups - but we will continue the work in the Lord here in Mindanao, Philippines. Your booklets will be great tools to help people understand the Word. God bless your fine work"

Friends of the Sidewalk

"I'm from the First Baptist Church of Trindade. We have close to 40 missionaries in our country and around the world. We will be using these booklets in a project we call 'Friends of the Sidewalk.' As we prepare food for people in hospitals and beggars on the streets, we will also introduce them to the Word of God. These booklets are essential and extremely useful for these people. Thank you for sending them."

HIV/AIDS Sufferer Shares Hope with Others

"I am a person living with HIV/AIDS. My hope lies in Christ and the Word of God. I counsel and encourage people who are like me to accept their condition and move on. I believe the booklets will go a long way in bringing hope to those who are in my shoes but do not know Christ and His power to save and forgive."

Booklets Useful for Ministry

"Thank you very much for letting me have some booklets today. My husband is traveling to Chad in ten days and will be able to use the booklet, The Way to God [in French]. I also know a young man who has a wonderful ministry among the Fulari in North Nigeria and Niger. He will find the Fufulde and Hausa booklets very useful.

"Many thanks for your contribution to the advancement of the gospel by facilitating the availability of this material."

I.H., Nigeria
