Prisoner Smiles as He Writes
"I would love to thank God's Son and the Holy Spirit for the joy I now have. I would also like to thank God for you all of World Missionary Press, Inc. for the Scripture-text Datebook. I not only have today's date, but I’m open to God's Word also.
"I'm so blessed now, coming to a full understanding of not only how to pray but also how to understand God's Word. I'm reading my Bible two or more times daily and enjoying it because I now feel the love of Jesus Christ's Holy Spirit working daily in my life.
"My ex-wife, who I had put down in so many ways, is now back into my life with the love of Jesus! Smile - because I am as I write about God's working in my life with the help of World Missionary Press, Inc.
"I pray for many, many blessings to you all in Jesus Christ's holy name. Amen. Jesus loves you all and so do I."

Church Goes "Fishing"
"Please may I request three hundred Hausa booklets to use in Gusau, Zamfara state. I will divide these booklets between three churches to be used in outreach and evangelism.
"I had originally asked for these booklets to keep in my car to give to police and others we meet on the road. As I had some extra booklets, I gave them to a Christian carpenter doing work for me. He took them with him when his church went 'fishing' in Gada Biu, an area with no local church. He reported that people were very interested to receive the Hausa booklets. Some people asked to know the way to know Christ after having gone through the booklets. They are hoping to establish a church in this area as more people come to know Jesus."

Booklets Important for Spreading the Gospel
"I lived and worked in Uganda for awhile about ten years ago, and experienced first hand the very important contribution your booklets make to the work in Uganda. There is no doubt in my mind that there will be thousands of people in heaven because of World Missionary Press and the work you do. We deeply appreciate the opportunity we have to work with you and thank you for giving us the opportunity to spread the gospel through these booklets.... We have some ideas for the days ahead in Africa and hope to enlarge our work in Uganda and begin new work in several other countries around Uganda. Thank you for your partnership with us.
"May I add, also, that we are users of your materials in several other countries. Our leader in the Philippines, Judy Russell, has written to me asking if we could make a contribution to you all as our thanks for what you are doing there also. So, we again say thanks to you for her.
"May God's peace, love , joy, grace and provision abound upon your organization and the employees and their families in the days ahead. May God give you wisdom and endurance as you lead your ministry in the coming days and may He bless you all as much as you have blessed us."

Seamen Receive Booklets in Heart Language
"Greetings in Christ Jesus' Name from the port of Melbourne, Australia! I have just received safely the box of booklets from you in the languages of Tamil, Malayalam, Sinhala, Oriya, Hiligaynon, Bicol, Bulgarian, and Georgian. Thank you so much. They are urgently needed for prayerful distribution among the seamen in this port who speak these languages and who are so happy to receive a Scripture portion in their heart language. Without the supply of your literature it is extremely difficult to provide the Scriptures in these languages, and so many seamen would be spiritually impoverished as a result."

Witch Doctor Converted
"Village pastors enjoyed the fellowship and teaching at the recent Pastors' Training Conference held here in Livingstone. They were also blessed with garden seeds, literature, Bibles, Scripture booklets, and food. With the recent food shortages experienced in the country, the pastors were extremely grateful for this help.
"At a service in Katapazi recently, we distributed World Missionary Press [He Is Risen!] resurrection coloring books to the people. What a blessing to the ministry these educational booklets were! In that service a witch doctor was converted. Later, a team from the church went to his hut, where he burned his 'tools of the trade': magic charms, a demon stick, a tortoise shell, and beads."
