“Tears Were Pouring Down My Cheeks”

“My name is Sam, and I am 19 years old. I am youth coordinator in our home church. I was brought up in a Christian family, and I love Jesus’ stories and the Scripture. I love teaching the Word of God.

“Just a couple of days ago, I read a little Scripture booklet entitled The Way to God. To admit, I was truly moved and resurrected, going through most of the Scriptures. I remember, while reading the section on ‘A Prayer Guide,’ I suddenly felt the Holy Spirit. I started feeling strange. Finally my tears were pouring down my cheeks. It was really the unforgettable moment in my life.

“I wish to ask if you could kindly offer more of your little Scripture booklets. I believe whatever you offer will feed many more lost souls here in Vanuatu, including my families (parents), church, community, and a lot more.”

Families of Hospital Patients Receive Christ

“MESAS Hospital Ministry is located across the street from the Dr. Arroyo Hospital in Dr. Arroyo NL, Mexico. There we served hot meals and shared the gospel with over 8,000 people last year, giving a gospel [booklet] to each adult. Over 300 of those served prayed with us to receive Christ.

“MESAS was formed to assist families who are temporarily displaced from their villages by the illness of a loved one. They come and stay at the hospital for days or weeks, sleeping on the streets, and entering the hospital several times a day to do patient care. We have received booklets from World Missionary Press in the past, and we sincerely appreciate the help you have extended to our work and the work of so many others in the harvest around the world.”

Records 80+ Professions of Faith

“Thanks for informing me about the literature. Please send the Spanish New Testaments as requested. We used up the last few that we had while in Honduras in November. How the Lord blessed the effort there with three Bible schools (about 500 children), about a dozen evangelistic meetings, and some door-to-door visitation! The local church team recorded between 80 and 90 professions. All the children got your booklets, and the excess materials were put in the hands of the nationals. I am very confident they will use them diligently. The literature has been a great blessing.”

Pastor Desires to See His Town Saved

“I am from Bulgaria, a small but beautiful country in eastern Europe. I graduated from Sofia Bible Institute in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria. I am married and have twins.

“I am pastor of an evangelical church [which] has served our local community for over 55 years. Elhovo is a small town but a very good place for evangelism because people here are friendly. My desire is to see Elhovo saved and changed by the love of Jesus Christ.

“My plea to you is for collaboration. There are so many ways here that God may use you for many people to come to Jesus. When I was on the Internet and noticed your ministry website, I was really impressed. You do great work for the glory of God. In our area we need your prayers and help to plant new churches, make disciples, and do seminars.”

Needs Booklets to Improve Study of God’s Word

“I’m Amos, a Ghanaian based in Spain. I...am a teacher by profession.

“Well, the agenda of this letter is [to tell you] I have heard about a man Jesus, the Son of God, who was conceived through the Holy Spirit according to Matthew 1:18-20 and born of Mary in Bethlehem approximately 4 B.C. I do believe that through this Man I can be saved from my sins.

“I’m a Christian, and I have decided to preach the gospel to non-believers. As of now, I have about ten people with me here. We meet together at least twice a week to study. But unfortunately we lack books, I mean Scripture books like Bibles, etc., to improve our studies. While I was praying to God to come to my aid yesterday, I saw a certain booklet from a friend of mine which is entitled How to Know God. I was really interested in it, so he gave me the address to write to you. I hope to receive this booklet from you in Jesus’ name.”
