Brother “Now on Fire for the Lord”

“I want to thank you for this ministry. I have so enjoyed giving out God’s words in your booklets. I’m a flight attendant and am glad the Lord does the harvesting. Lately I’ve given out three [booklets] at a time—The Amazing Life of Jesus Christ, The Way to God, and Satan versus CHRIST....

“When in San Francisco visiting my mom, who was not well, my brother and I were given Satan versus CHRIST by a girl on the street. We both read the booklet on the flight home. My brother prayed the sinner’s prayer on that trip. My brother is now on fire for the Lord. Praise God!”

“In the Dark and Hungry”

“This morning I visited the facilities of the War Industry of the Armed Forces of Honduras. More than 800 people received the booklet Help From Above. I motivated them to read that booklet and afterward seven people decided to render their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. The gentleman director said to me, ‘Pastor, we are empty spiritually; we are in the dark; and we are hungry here. Please help us.’ And I said to him, ‘Well, here we are.’ I made a commitment to visit every Monday and Thursday.... People...feel contentment by the arrival of the Word of God.”

“Convinced of Their Salvation”

“We write to report that [during one week] 1,210 souls have been reached with the gospel and have received one copy each of the booklets. Twelve people have given their lives to Christ, and a lot of people confessed to being convinced of their assurance of salvation when The Way to God booklets were shared with them. Especially [helpful] are pages 18-21 which talk about ‘why must we choose Jesus if we want eternal life.’ We are glad for your support of booklets, because multitudes are being reached.”

Freed From Drug and Alcohol Addiction

“I came to know Jesus...when a biker friend (who I used to get drunk and high with and who had gotten saved) told me about Jesus and the forgiveness of sins. I accepted Jesus that day and was freed from drug and alcohol addiction. He gave me the first booklet I ever read—Help From Above by Watson Goodman. I must have read that booklet a hundred times that week. I was so hungry for the Word of God.”

Prisoners and Sailors—Not Much to Read

“I work as a missionary in the prison of Leuven and Mechelen and work in the harbor of Antwerp, Belgium, visiting the ships. I visit more than two hundred ships each year, distributing literature, Bibles, and videos of the life of Christ. I have been using your materials with great response in association with the Seamen’s Christian Friend Society.

“In this work we meet people from all over the world. They don’t have much to read, and since you have material in many languages, they can read in their own languages.”

Believing Prisoners Rarely Return

“We have recently received your valuable donation of materials. Your generosity is a real blessing to the prisoners here who are trying to know and understand their Creator.

“Only God knows the impact your materials have on the men, but let me share this with you: of the inmates who are devoted to God upon their release, only a small percentage return to the system as repeat offenders. In fact, the rate of success in devoted followers is well above any other program offered to the inmates, making this the most successful ‘program’ the state of Florida has going. Your donations [of booklets] are not going to waste!”

“These booklets give youth a hope and make them think again about using drugs, alcohol, etc. This I have observed.

“I’m a boy of 20 years, but I want to do the will of God while I’m still living in this world, so your booklets have a big role in my life. I will be glad if I can get more of your booklets. I will be glad also to get a book of life, which is a Bible. Please keep on doing the will of God. You will see blessings and won’t know where they come from.”
