Reaching Out to Hindus and Muslims in Fiji

“I visited the United States for my vacation. While riding a bus in downtown San Francisco, I happened upon a small yellow-covered booklet titled Who Am I That a King Would Die in My Place? compiled by Watson Goodman.

“I have now returned to my home in the Fiji Islands. Upon my return, I found out that a new and probably the largest Hindu temple will be constructed in my neighborhood soon. There is a huge mosque and three large Hindu and Buddhist temples in my neighborhood. I want to tell my Muslim and Buddhist brothers and sisters about Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

“May I please request 100 copies of Who Am I That a King Would Die in My Place? I would appreciate other booklets you may be able to provide, and they will all be distributed carefully.”

Took Jesus to Be His Savior

“I am a Ghanian, but I live in Spain. One day, going to church in the morning, I saw a booklet on the ground. I picked up the booklet and found inside is good news, so I took it home. Every day I read it. It helps me to know many contradictions in my life. My Scripture Memory Book is a very nice booklet.

“I want you to know that I have taken Jesus to be my Savior. I have repented of all my sins, and by faith I have received Christ in my heart and life. By His grace and help I will follow Him all the days of my life. I am trusting the Lord to keep me filled with His Spirit and to help me to do those things pleasing in His sight.”

Will Never Regret His Choice

“I’m incarcerated in the county jail. I’ve been doing a lot of reading and studying the Word of God the past few months, and I have learned a lot. Actually, I didn’t know how cruel and evil this world really was until I gave my life to Christ in the ninth month of last year. I had been away from the Lord for so long I thought I was living a righteous life. Come to find out I was living for no one other than the devil himself, and my life was a big lie. Now that I’ve come to know Jesus Christ personally by accepting Him into my heart and to be Lord of my life, I know I’ve made a choice I’ll never regret. Thank you for the reading material you sent me to help further my studies and to help strengthen my faith.”

Encouraged to Be Victorious

“I am 21 years old and am now in Agricultural College. I am a Christian. I have read the booklet from you titled Satan versus CHRIST and I got very good teaching about how to break the bondage of deceiver demons. This encourages me, and I feel that there is a great victory over evil spirits. Hence, reading spiritual booklets in addition to the Bible builds life. I want to distribute the booklets on the college campus to the students. I teach them in free time about our Lord Jesus Christ and eternal life. Reading booklets like Satan versus CHRIST teaches to abstain from adultery and fornication sins.”

Booklet Used in High-School Discussion

“Your literature is turning hearts to Christ.

“I am an American volunteer teaching in Namibia in southern Africa. For the past few months I have had a Christian group with 11th- and 12th-grade students. One of them had a copy of your booklet, The Way to God. This booklet has been an essential reference point during our group discussions.

“Currently we have 20 members in the group. My hope is to influence all the students, so I am requesting between 50 and 100 booklets to be sent to the school. Thank you for the difference you are making.”

Wants to Use Booklet to Bring Others to Christ

“When hospitalized, I was given Help From Above to read. Already a believer, I found the small booklet convenient, informative, uplifting, and inspiring. I would like to use this booklet as an introductory tool to bring others to Christ.”

Hope for Continued Help

“Thank God for your ministry, taking God’s Word throughout the world through the written word.... Thank you for the help you’ve given us through booklets, which are a great blessing and serve to disciple new converts in some small churches and also new students of the Bible. We hope for permanent, continued help for our ministry.”
