In Every Place God's Grace Abounds
Children in Madagascar received WMP booklets. (photo)
In
a post office in the city of Mahajanga on the island of Madagascar an excited
attendant recognizes packages from America for the missionaries with Every Home
for Christ. He hurries to the house to deliver the message in person. "The
folks at the post office were just as excited as we were, and we had to give
them each a copy of each of the three types of booklets that arrived. The
customs official insisted on having three of each. . . . We happily [gave them],
and they all helped us carry the bags out to the VW Beetle. They laughed and
said the car would not take all the bags [90 boxes containing 45,000 WMP
Scripture booklets in Malagasy]. We had to get a taxi to transport the
[booklets] that were too much for the VW Beetle. They enjoyed packing the bags
in the car for us, and so we bought them Cokes to enjoy as it was so hot then.
We also had a lot of mangoes which we picked especially for them. Their day was
made and so was ours! Praise the Lord! Thank you very much. We are looking
forward to the million booklets next year." D.P., EHC, Madagascar
Madagascar
is just one of many places around the world where God is opening doors and
hearts to receive the gospel. EHC reports wonderful breakthroughs with
enthusiastic young evangelists determined to reach every home on the island for
Jesus. One group reported 14 new churches started in their area in three months.
In addition to the shipment of 90 boxes already received, WMP plans to send a
shipment of one million booklets (How to Know God and The Way to God) to
these eager young leaders.

WMP distributor Will C. and his family use Scripture booklets in Portuguese,
Spanish, Ticuna, and Quechua in the region around Leticia, Colombia. This has
become one of the primary thrusts of their ministry. "We have sent the
booklets into all three of the frontier countries in the past week: Peru,
Colombia, and Brazil. I went by launch down into Brazil to a church dedication
and left booklets with four different pastors. Another pastor went even farther
down in Brazil (on the Amazon) and gave booklets to pastors who have been
asking us for them for over two years.
"We need anything we can use for pastors and evangelists and are using large amounts of just about anything in Spanish. Thank you for your help in the work of the Lord." W.C, Colombia
From Brazil comes a steady demand for God's Word.

"God
has provided a faithful distributor to serve as national coordinator for
Ecuador. He has now been sent his initial shipment as coordinator (to share with
distributors throughout the country). "I am ready to distribute to all
people that do not know Jesus, and I am beginning with the pastors. There are
220 communities where the gospel [is being distributed]. Maybe we can receive
another shipment in three months, because it is very necessary and of great
blessing to the people that have not yet been reached with the gospel."
G.C., Ecuador
Two 40-foot containers went to Brazil, where the need is
tremendous. "We have not had literature for several months, but we are
praying God so that all hindrances may be removed and [that] He may keep this
door opened for His glory. These [booklets] are the great gift God has given us.
Thousands of souls are converted from their sins, and Jesus is their Savior
because of these [booklets]."
C.N., Brazil
God again allowed WMP to send a shipment of Spanish booklets,
New Testaments, and salvation coloring books (1,568 boxes total) into Cuba to
assist and encourage pastors and believers in their efforts to claim their
country for the kingdom of God.

An
outreach ministry from the USA that works in Haiti received a shipment of 41
boxes of booklets and New Testaments in Kreyol and French. "Thank you for
the great work you are doing. Because of your efforts our work is Haiti is a lot
easier. The [New Testaments] you sent us changed many lives in Haiti."
G.H., USA
Opportunity for even greater distribution and work in Haiti has been granted by the Lord. This nation, at one time dedicated to Satan, can be claimed for Jesus Christ. WMP is working with Haitian pastors and leaders to be a part of meeting that challenge.
In Bangkok, Thailand, WMP booklets in Thai are being
distributed among the 400,000 students at one of the largest universities in the
world. "We received 12 cartons of these booklets free, and it has been a
great blessing since we are so limited in finances that we could not consider
printing or buying [any]. Thank you, and may God bless you!"

Large
freight shipments (which save considerable mailing expense) have been sent to
South Africa, Russia, India, Venezuela, Chile, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Argentina,
Albania, Mali, Guatemala, Finland, Philippines, Nicaragua, Peru, Guinea,
Ecuador, Nigeria, Dominican Republic, Mozambique, Cuba, Ghana, Ethiopia, and
Iraq. Each shipment depends on a faithful distributor to receive the shipment
and handle all paperwork and import-related expense. In each of these countries
pastors and churches wait expectantly for the precious boxes of Scripture
portions. They know that hungry hearts are also waiting. "Your booklet is
so much wanted among the Russian people in Siberia that all the people want to
take them! People in Siberia have taken these booklets, The Way to God, right
from their hands, so that they did not need to hand them to the people."
M.A., Finland
There is no closed door where God is concerned. His grace and love are shed abroad to ALL MEN EVERYWHERE. He continues to open doors, to bring about opportunities for His Word to be received. What a blessing to be used of our Savior to share His love with ALL!
[$20 provides for the printing and shipping of 500 Scripture-filled 48-page booklets on average; $200 provides for 5,000 spiritual loaves of 'bread' for the multitudes who are hungry for hope.]

Scriptures reach Iraq! God opened the door and made it possible for WMP to
produce a 20-ft. container filled with Scriptures for Iraq. The shipment arrived
safely in Baghdad in November, 2003. WMP's dispatch manager (and three men from
California) were there to verify its arrival and begin the dispersement process
throughout the country. Aboard the container were 6,600 Arabic New Testaments,
18,900 Arabic He Is Risen! salvation coloring books, 370,000 Arabic copies of
The Way to God, and 1,012,000 Arabic How to Know God Scripture booklets.
More 'bread' for China: God has provided funding through World Missionary Press of Canada, Inc., to enable printing in China of an additional 250,000 copies of A Bible Study on John. These will add to the one million copies produced in past months. Many pastors are on a waiting list for these materials.
God's Word impacting the world: Since its beginning in 1961, WMP has produced more than 1,136,000,000 Scripture booklets, Bible study booklets, salvation coloring books, and New Testaments. God promises that His Word will accomplish what He pleases in hearts of people.
New Languages and Titles
The addition of a large warehouse in 1999 has allowed for a
considerable increase in the number of titles we can stock. That number grew
again this year with the addition of six more booklets: A Bible Study of
Revelation in Spanish, The Way to God in Norwegian, Estonian, Bambara, and
Tigrinya, and language #314 Help from Above in Oromiffa (also known as Oromo), a
major language of Ethiopia. In addition to the above titles which have joined
the approximately 530 items already in our warehouse, WMP also sponsored an
overseas printing of Karen S'gah New Testaments in Thailand and the Sinhala
Bible Study Supplement in Sri Lanka. Distributors have eagerly awaited each one
of these new titles, as well as many more which are still in the pre-production
process.
Vicky Benson with Johan Holtzhausen, Every Home For
Christ board member in South Africa. Ten tents were dedicated that September day
to be sent to unchurched areas with an assigned evangelist and pastor. EHC uses
WMP's 2-in-1 Scripture booklets with encouraging fruitfulness. In one two-month
period EHC reported 16,948 booklets distributed and 4,143 salvations.(photo)
New Bible Study Produced in 2003
Paul's
masterful letter to believers in Rome reveals God's heart for mankind. It
explains the good news of freedom and transformation for all who put their trust
in Jesus. A Bible Study on Romans (112-pages) is available free of charge for
use by individuals or small groups.
New Video: "Africa Impact!"
God's
Word is hard at work in Africa! Energetic school children, discouraged
prisoners, men and women by the thousands are receiving God's Word -and it's
changing their lives for eternity. Filmed on location, this inspiring new video
is now available.

"A
Heart for the Hurting"
A new rent-free video is ready for you to see and enjoy. "A Heart for the
Hurting" captures the essence of WMP's 42nd anniversary celebration
featuring Dr. Tom White of Voice of the Martyrs. It's an inspiring and
heart-touching presentation.
Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible authoritative Word
of God. We believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ,
in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and
atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His
ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power
and glory. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men,
regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential and that salvation comes
by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We believe in the present ministry
of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly
life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost -those who
are saved unto the resurrection of life and those who are lost unto the
resurrection of damnation. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our
Lord Jesus Christ.
Interesting facts:
WMP Scriptures have gone into 209
countries of the world.
Scripture booklets have been
printed in 314 languages.
This past fiscal year WMP produced
43,768,700 Scripture booklets the size of Help From Above, 2,978,268
Bible studies, 291,036 salvation coloring books, and 180,424 New Testaments.
All 40 paid workers, including the
president, receive the same hourly wage, recently raised to $7.50. Approximately
270 volunteers per month save thousands of dollars.
Production cost per 48-page
booklet this past year, including overhead, was about 4 cents each (including
postage) on average. Every dollar contributed for Scripture booklets produces
booklets for about 25 people.
Use of special shipments and ship
containers last year saved WMP about $544,781 over post office costs.
